Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, and service quality
- Lead and develop front-of-house teams through training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries and maintaining service standards
- Implement operational procedures while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Coordinate with kitchen and support teams for seamless service delivery
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives
- Handle customer feedback and implement service improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in restaurant/hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Exceptional customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to maintain high standards under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Filipino
