Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure 100% compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Implement and monitor local store marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and increase customer traffic.
- Manage inventory levels, waste reduction, and cost control measures to optimize store profitability.
- Supervise and mentor service crew members, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage/quick-service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local dialects (Cebuano).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital operational tracking tools.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
