Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational tasks, including shift scheduling and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Support the team in handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist in staff training and provide mentorship to junior crew members.
- Manage stock orders and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment for all guests.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the F&B industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- A strong team player with excellent leadership potential.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
