Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and performance.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support financial reporting, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma/Degree holder in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong desire to grow as a leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
