Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and performance.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support financial reporting, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or Diploma/Degree holder in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong desire to grow as a leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
