Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational functions to ensure seamless service flow.
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to meet brand guidelines.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule service staff to maintain optimal productivity.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in minimizing food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks including reporting, sales tracking, and staff training.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an F&B or Restaurant supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team of service staff.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
