Tanggung Jawab
- Support sales representatives through lead generation and prospect research
- Assist with client communication via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Prepare sales documentation including contracts, proposals, and reports
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional events
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
