Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals and market share objectives.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE organizers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management, offering actionable insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (e.g., Marketing, Front Office, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective event coordination.
  • Represent Travelodge at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore hospitality market, local corporate landscape, and client segmentation.
