- Supervise daily operations of sales and events coordinators to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning and execution for corporate and social clients
- Assist in developing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing and F&B departments to create integrated client solutions
- Resolve escalated client issues promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or event management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and event management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Penang's corporate market and hospitality industry trends
