Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture existing corporate and travel agency accounts to maximize room occupancy and event bookings.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Jakarta area.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Possess a valid "A" Driving License and own a vehicle for necessary business travel.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
