- Support Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans for hotel services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports with attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend actionable improvements
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism market and key industry players
