Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and morale.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively.
