Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and individual growth.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, medtech, and biotech industries.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to align sales efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and medical professionals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel within the East Region and potentially overseas for client meetings.
