- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experience and service delivery
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate clients and travel partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Bali tourism market and local business landscape preferred
