Tanggung Jawab
- Support and lead end-to-end sales activities for assigned territories
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Train and mentor junior sales representatives
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure achievement of quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction infrastructure market preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
