Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in advertising and print services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential and current clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising industry
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising or printing industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and achieve goals
- Knowledge of advertising and printing products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
