Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth for air compressor products and services within the assigned region.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and forecast sales.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the air compressor industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience of 3–5 years, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to provide a personal vehicle for travel.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the West Region.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
