Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for co-living spaces
- Manage and nurture relationships with B2C residents and B2B corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance resident experience and retention
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts aligned with company standards
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-living
- Proven track record in managing B2B and B2C client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
