Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for F&B products in modern trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotional execution
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of modern trade channels and retail operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Valid Singapore driving license with own transportation for store visits
