Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the home appliance industry? Winn Gas, a market leader in gas-related appliances, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Jakarta region. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality products and our network of agents and retail partners.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. You will manage existing accounts, cultivate new partnerships, and ensure that our brand remains the top choice for regulators, hoses, and stoves in the consumer market. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take the next step in their sales management career within a stable and expanding industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing agents and retail stores to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Identify and penetrate new market opportunities to expand the Winn Gas distribution network.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to ensure optimal product placement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the internal logistics and distribution team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports tracking performance metrics against KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or retail distribution, preferably in the home appliance or FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking software and basic MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Jakarta area.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal transportation.
