As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales plans, build strong relationships with key clients, and ensure your team meets and exceeds targeted sales and profit margins. You will be the driving force behind ensuring strict compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the HORECA sector.
  • Ensure the team’s strict compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the HORECA or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta HORECA market and established client networks are a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
