- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive global growth in the marine propeller market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with international clients and partners
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new market opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
