Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share for medical products.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, consultants, and procurement heads.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical briefings for clinicians and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active lead generation and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical medical information and translate it into value-based sales pitches.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
