Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly mortgage targets.
- Provide comprehensive mortgage advisory services, including product comparison, interest rate analysis, and financial planning to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Johor property market.
- Mentor and guide junior sales officers to enhance team performance and overall sales output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
