Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert mortgage advisory services to clients, guiding them through loan applications and product selection
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive mortgage portfolio growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for mortgage products
- Prepare and present mortgage proposals with accurate financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Train and mentor junior advisors on mortgage product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial sales
- Strong understanding of Malaysian property market and mortgage regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking platforms
- Certification in financial planning or mortgage advisory (e.g CFP) preferred
