Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy and drive revenue for the Oasia Cluster.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and leisure partners to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages in the Downtown Core area.
- Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize yield.
- Assist in organizing and promoting corporate events, incentive trips, and MICE packages to boost group bookings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare accurate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional support to the Senior Sales Manager and ensure all operational sales activities are executed efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales or a related sales field.
- Strong understanding of the local Singaporean hospitality market and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (relevant for hospitality roles in Singapore).
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
