Seng Choon Hardware is currently looking for a motivated and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving market share for our high-quality PPR industrial piping systems and plumbing product lines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the market presence of PPR industrial piping systems.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, contractors, and industrial developers.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand the value proposition of our plumbing solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to pivot sales tactics effectively.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely project fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, specifically within plumbing, construction, or piping sectors.
- Deep technical knowledge of PPR piping systems and industrial hardware products.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex industrial project timelines.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the region as required.
