- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for pump products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the West Region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information to customers
- Assist in training junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote pump products
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical products or industrial equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if field visits are required)
