Amara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our prestigious team in the heart of Singapore's Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our corporate business growth, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and maximizing room sales revenue.
As an ambassador of the Amara brand, you will leverage your networking prowess to position our properties as the top choice for corporate travelers, MICE organizers, and multinational corporations. You will work closely with our revenue management team to implement strategic pricing and inventory strategies that ensure our market leadership.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure new corporate accounts and penetrate existing markets.
- Conduct professional site inspections and sales presentations to prospective corporate clients and travel management companies.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and negotiate commercial contracts to drive consistent room night growth.
- Maintain a high level of market intelligence, tracking competitor activities and local market trends to adjust sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize room rates and promotional packages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, providing accurate forecasts for corporate segment performance.
- Represent Amara Hotels & Resorts at industry networking events, trade shows, and corporate workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in hotel sales, specifically within the corporate segment.
- Strong existing network of corporate travel managers and local business contacts in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure to meet aggressive KPIs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to support international clientele.
