- Research and identify new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents that meet client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government bodies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify competitive advantages
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated on REDAS regulations, policies, and industry best practices
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and business growth plans
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or tender consulting
- Strong understanding of the REDAS framework and Singapore's construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
- Demonstrated ability to prepare compelling and persuasive tender documents
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
