Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation for optimal product availability
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance dashboards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or watch industry sales
- Proven team leadership and coaching experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
