Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for trailer and sidelifter products
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and digital campaigns
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market trend reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in B2B industrial/heavy equipment sector
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of Sabah's logistics and transportation landscape
