- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the Village Cluster properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the travel industry
- Create and present customized travel packages and itineraries to meet client needs
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for travel trade partners
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Represent Far East Hospitality at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel trade sales or hospitality sales role
- Strong network of contacts within the travel industry and tour operators
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Singapore tourism landscape and international travel markets
