Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the water and wastewater treatment market.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific analytical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and tender proposals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding environmental monitoring instruments and analytical software.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including project engineers, facility managers, and procurement officers.
- Collaborate with the global marketing and technical support teams to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Civil) or equivalent scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the scientific instrumentation, water treatment, or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of water quality analytical parameters and associated instrumentation.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites within the region as required.
