Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including promotional activities, digital campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product availability.
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, team guidance, and strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food/confectionery or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in Gelang Patah.
