Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and revenue growth metrics to identify trends.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and manage promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline order processing and distribution efficiency.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management review.
- Provide coaching and administrative support to the field sales force to boost productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management or marketing coordination, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and field interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
