Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough field audits and financial statement reviews for various corporate clients.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports and ensuring compliance with PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and local tax regulations.
- Assisting with tax computation, filing preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Managing day-to-day client accounting records, including ledger reconciliation and month-end closing procedures.
- Identifying discrepancies or potential financial risks and reporting findings to the management team.
- Collaborating with senior staff to ensure audit engagements are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and work papers for all audit and assurance engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an audit firm or public accounting practice is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Professional certification (such as Brevet A/B or CPA parts) will be considered a significant advantage.
