- Partner with academic departments to develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with institutional goals
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned units
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives including capital planning and resource optimization
- Mentor junior finance professionals and develop team capabilities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in business partnering
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation
- Excellent communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience in higher education or large complex organizations preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate financial insights into actionable plans
