Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily service operations and maintenance schedules for ACMV/Aircon systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
- Liaise between internal technical teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower and materials, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all job sites.
- Support the Service Manager in budget tracking and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Building Services) or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in service coordination or facility management, specifically within the ACMV/Aircon industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and service management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Singapore as required.
