EP Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of power generation and fuel system solutions, is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Assistant Service Engineer to join our field operations in the West Region. In this role, you will be the trusted face of EP Engineering on client sites. Your primary mission will be to ensure the highest levels of system reliability through diligent service, accurate diagnostics, and efficient repair. You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, providing expert advice and technical documentation to support their decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled and emergency service and maintenance on generator sets and fuel systems.
- Perform thorough troubleshooting to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and fuel system faults.
- Prepare detailed test reports, service documentation, and technical evaluations for clients.
- Execute proactive follow-up with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and system performance.
- Evaluate on-site conditions to optimize system efficiency and recommend upgrades or repairs.
- Manage inventory of service parts and ensure proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations during all service activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in generator maintenance, fuel systems, or similar heavy machinery is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, alternators, ATS controls, and fuel polishing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for generating professional service reports.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus for client interactions.
