Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) systems on-site.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and health checks to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues reported by clients.
- Configure and troubleshoot video conferencing hardware, controllers, microphones, and display systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Document system configurations, service logs, and incident reports accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers to resolve complex technical faults or escalate issues effectively.
- Conduct brief user-training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable with the installed AV solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV/UC systems, IT networking, or field service engineering.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, Cat6 cabling).
- Familiarity with major UC platforms such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client expectations.
- Ability to perform occasional physical tasks, such as mounting hardware or managing cable infrastructure.
