Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems, scanning equipment, and building automation hardware.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal downtime for client systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing efficient troubleshooting and support.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate hardware with software platforms and networks.
- Provide technical briefings and basic training to clients on system operations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts replacement, and daily technical reports.
- Adhere to all workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company safety standards at all sites.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong interest in Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control, or Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and hardware troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Singapore as required for project needs.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team-based environment.
