Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of plastic injection molding machines at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and repair jobs to minimize machine downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Provide technical support and training to clients regarding machine operations, safety protocols, and daily maintenance practices.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown service calls and advise customers on spare parts replacement.
- Collaborate with the global engineering support team to resolve challenging technical issues and improve machine reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance logs for all completed jobs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, or operating plastic injection molding machinery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, hydraulic circuits, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, electrical wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous for site visits.
