We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager (Chiller Systems) to join our operations team. Based in Toh Guan, West Region, this is a career-defining opportunity for a senior technician or junior manager ready to step into a significant leadership role while continuing to leverage strong technical knowledge in chiller systems.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of a dedicated team of service technicians. You will oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for a wide range of industrial and commercial chiller systems. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues, from centrifugal and screw chillers to absorption systems, will be critical to ensuring operational uptime and client satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and continuous skill development.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works for various chiller systems across client sites.
- Diagnose complex technical faults, troubleshoot system failures, and recommend effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, contractors, and internal management to ensure service excellence.
- Manage service contracts, prepare quotations, and support business development activities for the chiller division.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, coordinating procurement to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service documentation, and compliance records for management and client review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in chiller systems, HVAC, or building services maintenance.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an added advantage for site visits.
