Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipping operations and warehouse activities
- Supervise loading/unloading processes and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory control and coordinate with procurement teams
- Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and customs forms
- Monitor transportation schedules and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Train staff on shipping procedures and equipment operation
- Implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping or logistics operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
