- Assist the Store Leader in daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance sales performance and customer service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock management, and ensure visual merchandising aesthetics are perfectly maintained.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure a seamless and welcoming in-store experience for every customer.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to maximize productivity and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring brand reputation is upheld at all times.
Kualifikasi
