Erajaya is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Leader to drive retail excellence in our Jakarta Raya location. In this critical supervisory role, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets while contributing to strategic store development initiatives. You'll lead frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize store operations, and implement innovative sales strategies that align with Erajaya's growth objectives.

- Drive achievement of sales targets through team leadership and performance monitoring

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
