Are you a retail leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? Erajaya, a leading retail powerhouse, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that every customer experience meets our high standards while driving store efficiency and sales performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, mentor staff, and ensure total compliance with our corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). If you have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to retail excellence, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless execution of company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor SOP compliance across recruitment, training, promotional activities, finance, inventory management, and store operations.
  • Drive store sales performance by coaching team members on effective customer service and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability and reduce shrinkage.
  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule store personnel to maintain a productive and motivated workforce.
  • Ensure the physical store environment meets visual merchandising standards and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Analyze store sales data and operational metrics to recommend improvements and achieve targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing store operations, including inventory and staff supervision.
  • Strong understanding of retail SOPs, KPIs, and operational auditing.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (POS systems).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
