Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce SOP compliance for recruitment, training, and promotional activities
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling and customer service standards
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure financial compliance and accurate reporting of store transactions
- Lead team development through coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with Store Manager on strategic planning and execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- Proven ability to train and develop retail staff
- Financial acumen with experience in budget monitoring
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
