Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs regarding recruitment, training, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store financial performance, including sales targets and daily inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional executions to drive foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment processes, and loss prevention initiatives effectively.
- Maintain high operational standards for store maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Coordinate with regional management for reporting, audits, and strategic sales planning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and cash management.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and store metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
