Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple stores to ensure consistent service delivery and operational standards
- Lead, train, and develop retail teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high employee engagement
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and warehouse coordination
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail operations management with team leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting sales data and KPIs
- Proficiency in retail management software (ERP, POS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational improvement initiatives
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to resolve complex customer service issues
